We offer refunds only for products that are faulty or damaged upon arrival. Our policy lasts ten days. If more than ten days have passed since the delivery of your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If it has taken more than 10 days to receive your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You can cancel your order at any time before it has shipped. Once your order has shipped, we will be unable to cancel it. Please contact us if you need to cancel your order.
